Performance Characteristics and Applications:<br>This ambient-temperature active iron oxide desulfurization agent is an eco-friendly product developed specifically for the removal of H2S from various gases, including urban piped coal gas, water gas, semi-water gas, coke oven gas, and biogas.<br>Key characteristics of the agent include:<br>High desulfurization precision: When the inlet H2S concentration is 2000 mg\/Nm\u00b3, the outlet concentration is \u22645 mg\/Nm\u00b3.<br>High working sulfur capacity: The single-pass sulfur removal capacity reaches 6\u20138%.<br>Excellent strength and water resistance: It does not turn into sludge after boiling in water for 2 hours or soaking for 15 days; its regenerated activity and strength remain unchanged after drying following water immersion.<br>This agent is suitable for removing H2S from gases such as urban piped coal gas, water gas, semi-water gas, coke oven gas, and biogas.<br>II. Desulfurization and Regeneration Principles:<br>Fe2O3\u00b7XH2O + 3H2S \u2192 Fe2S3\u00b7XH2O + 3H2O (Desulfurization reaction)<br>Fe2S3\u00b7XH2O + 3\/2O2 \u2192 Fe2O3\u00b7XH2O + 3S (Regeneration reaction)<br>H2S reacts with the active iron oxide in the desulfurization agent to form sulfides. When oxygen is present in the feed gas, the sulfides undergo an oxidation reaction with the oxygen to produce elemental sulfur, which deposits within the micropores of the agent.
